- What is covered by our insurance?
The Policy covers an injury, which causes the permanent or partial loss of any prescribed part of the body. Table A lists the amounts paid for the total or partial loss of at least 50% of the item and in the case of knee, hip, elbow or shoulder injuries, at least 33% loss of function must be established.
No threshold applies for Table B and the only requirement is to establish that loss has occurred.

- Points to Remember. Medical Expenses and Income Replacement are NOT covered. We recommend that Private Health Insurance be obtained by each individual to cover injuries sustained that are not covered under your insurance with us.
- Lodge the Initial Injury Advice Form immediately and Benefit Application Form within 12 months of date of injury. (Available from website)
